ADAVERA FOOTWEAR IN-STORE EXCHANGE/RETURNS POLICY


If you are not 100% happy with your purchase , due to size, colour or you have simply changed your mind, we are happy to provide an Exchange, Refund or a Store Credit Note on Full Price Items Only.

CONDITIONS:

  1. 30 day Returns Policy applies. 
  2. You must provide a store receipt.
  3. Shoes must be unworn, in the original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.
  4. Shoes will be inspected for any marks and signs of wear. If trying on at home ensure that a clean sock or stocking is worn. Only walk on clean floors.

Please note, we do not offer exchange or return for change of mind on any SALE items, please choose carefully.

  5. You must cover the cost of the return, we recommend sending by pre paid postage bag with tracking number.  Adavera Footwear is not responsible for returns of exchanges not received.
  6. Please note, we are a small independent retailer, providing unique high quality European footwear.  Many of our styles have limited size runs, if you wish to exchange, please call us on 07) 3148 3958 or email us at info@adaverafootwear.com.au so that we can confirm the new size or style is available. We can then put aside until we receive your return.
